Mountain Hare Falconry - Application Process now Open

Please note that Scottish Government have a planned commencement date for the purpose of 26th October 2026 so while we can issue a licence now, the start date will have to be no earlier than the 26th Oct 2026 when the purpose comes into effect.

The licence is set up with an Annex II Permitted Sites list. As and when you have a land access permission for the activity you will need to email us here to have the location registered to your licence.
